About The Collector

Rich Shapero is a writer and musician whose passion for the work of Eugene Von Bruenchenhein motivated him to seek out and publicly display the best of the artist’s paintings from 1954-1963. Vonbruenchenhein.com is the most extensive online collection of EVB paintings.

Rich’s own projects fuse fiction, music and visual art and are available as books and immersive story experiences on tablets and phones in the TooFar Media app.

EVB’s paintings have served as inspiration for three of Rich’s stories: Arms from the Sea, Too Far and the upcoming Rin, Tongue and Dorner.
